Canon players are amazing. They add a unique, individual touch to beloved characters. They often criticize writers for the inconsistencies and problematic concepts and stir the characters into better, more interesting directions. It’s difficult to keep the character true to their original concept and not lose what people love about them while making them your own. Appreciate canon players. 

OC players are amazing. They often create everything from zero. Most of them don’t have many resourced to play with and get criticized lot more for things that popular authors get free passes for. They add a piece of their imagination to existing universes or make up new ones entirely. They rewrite and update their characters as they grow and never truly stop working on them. Appreciate OC players.
